The students who will be applying for ECTS will need the following 3 forms:

1. Student Application Form : It is the personal data of student.
2. Learning Agreement : The departmental coordinator of student's home institution checks if the courses the student plans to take at the host institution will be recognized by her/his home institution. The student's coordinator signs the learning agreement and sends it to the departmental coordinator of host institution. The departmental coordinator at the host institution then checks if the planned study program is feasible and applicable.
3. Transcript: Student's home institution should send a transcript to the host institution so that the departmental coordinator at the host institution knows how far the student is advanced in her/hisr studies. At the end of the student's stay at the host institution she/he should receive a transcript.
